REG. D (504) EXEMPTION (MAXIMUM 35 NON-ACCREDITED INVESTORS)  

We are not your average fund focused on capital preservation and low yields.  We are constantly seeking alpha in turnaround scenarios with aggressive trading techniques and hedging.

For this reason, our SEC exemption allows us to have up to 35 non-accredited investors, out of which 2 must be accredited.  A small circle allows us to be more nifty and make faster decisions when needed.  

Avalanche has a top down analytical approach in analyzing companies in performing financial analysis. The fund may decide to change its stance and become risk averse in recessionary periods. 

We believe that adapting to market environments and diversifying among alternative asset classes will benefit all of our partners in the long run.
